A Hold Me Tight® couples retreat is dynamic and transformational anyplace, anytime. Mark and Vicki have been leading these workshops for over six years now. They’ve guided hundreds of couples to heal, strengthen and renew their relationships through this powerful program rooted in decades of attachment science and the tenets of Emotionally Focused Therapy.

And this Spring, we're heading for the beach! 

Imagine experiencing Hold Me Tight® with your partner on the Florida seashore. New Smyrna Beach is a family friendly town on the Atlantic coast, near Daytona, the Canaveral National Seashore, the Space Coast and other attractions. Great restaurants, pristine beaches and vibrant nightlife make NSB at great place to visit.

The venue for our workshop will be the Marriott Spring Hill Suites Hotel at 512 Flagler Ave., New Smyrna Beach, FL, 32169 (386-427-0512). It's right on the beach. Couples attending the workshop can stay at the hotel (not included in the price of the workshop) or make other arrangements for lodging.  Public parking is available adjacent to the hotel property.

The workshop itself will be on Friday and Saturday from 9am-5pm each day.
